Six Leaf Clover Series - February, 14, 2012

Get ready for the Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle 8K with the Six Leaf Clover Series! It's the most fun you'll have in training. Join us as we pub hop around the city. Each week we'll meet at a different area pub and then head out for run! Each week features routes between two and six miles -- choose the route that's right for you! Spring Half Marathon Training - February 18, 2012

CARA's Spring Half Marathon Training Program will motivate you through the rain, sleet, snow, thunderstorms and fluctuating spring temperatures that we "enjoy" in our springtime months. In addition to motivation, this 12 week program will leave you prepared to toe the line at a number of spring races, including our target races, the Wisconsin Half Marathon and the First Midwest Bank Southwest Half Marathon. Spring 10 Mile Training - February 18, 2012

Get ready to tackle 10 miles this spring with CARA! Beginning Running, 5K, 10K Training - March 14, 2012

It's not too late to accomplish your New Year's resolution! Let CARA's Beginning Running, 5K, 10K Training take your running to the next level. Whether you're a self-proclaimed couch potato or a regular runner, looking to make the leap into your first 5K or 10K race, this is the program for you! Featuring four levels, including two run/walk levels, a 5K level and a 10K level, this program is perfect for runners of all abilities. Personalized Performance Marathon Training Program - Ongoing

Personalized Performance Marathon Training is an individualized program, designed to prepare runners for the race of their choice. This program is customized to your needs and runs either 16, 18 or 20-weeks. Led by Coach Leach, runners have access to the online Training Organizer, weekly speed workouts and group long runs.
