A CARA Gait Analysis can help. Let track coach Bill Leach guide you through a comprehensive, customized session that will help you fine-tune your form and lead you to more enjoyable and healthy running. Every Gait Analysis includes:
- A personalized videotaping session of you running on a treadmill. (takes approximately 60 total minutes)
- A 16-page report featuring prints of selected video frames, along with observations and recommendations for improvement. (available within two weeks of your Gait Analysis)
- A follow-up, explanatory meeting with Coach Leach to review the report. (at a time that is mutually convenient for you and Coach Leach)
