Wanted to thank you so much for the Gait Analysis and the one on one session we had.

As you know, I had been suffering from pain in my right knee since last summer when I started street running. I really thought it meant my body was not going to take the abuse.

With just the two sessions we had (the last one about 2 weeks ago), my knee pain is about 90 percent gone! I am not sure what exactly is the ONE reason. Between correcting my running form, doing the warm-up exercises, stretching before a run, after a run, and before I go to bed at night, as well as doing yoga once a week, I am sure it is all the above.

I am amazed. Absolutely amazed. And absolutely thrilled.

Not only am I able to run more than 2 miles (now up to 5.2), but I am JUST slightly sore later that night, but not sore any longer the next day. In time, as the year-long injury goes away, I am certain I will be pain free in no time.

Again, thank you for the wonderful advice, and I will be seeing you shortly in September for the program.
