2008 CARA Marathon Training Program Super Clinic - May 17th.
Get the information you need for marathon training at this informative 1-day clinic! If you can't stay for any or all of the program, please feel free to stop by and pickup your Marathon Training Program packet.
This year's Super Clinic will feature a morning session for Veteran Runners and an afternoon session for Beginning and First Time Marathon Runners. You are welcome to stay for both clinics, if you wish! Please note that the Super Clinic program seating will be limited to the first 200 people at the door.
The Super Clinic will include a gait analysis, shoe fitting clinic, hydration and nutrition tips, and will feature Dr. Terry Nicola, professionals from NovaCare, and other speakers. Runners already signed up for our Marathon Training Program will be able to pick up their packets, however you don’t have to be signed up for our the program to participate.

Free to participants of CARA’s Bank of America Chicago Marathon Training Program $20 for CARA members $30 for non-members
(No pre-registration is necessary) Runners that sign up for CARA’s Marathon Training Program that day can apply their Super Clinic fee towards their training program fee.
