Spring 10 Mile Training

This year CARA will once again train runners for the CARA Lakefront 10 Miler Presented by NovaCare, but we're also training for Ragnar Relays Chicago

In fine CARA tradition, our experienced and enthusiastic CARA Group Leaders will make sure you are prepared to run your best on race day.  From the first group run to the starting line, we'll make sure you're ready to run this classic Chicagoland spring race on April 28th!



The first long run will take place Saturday, March 3rd at Chicago - Montrose Beach.
