Now a Runner

"I never thought I'd be a runner and thanks mostly to training with CARA, I went from struggling through a 5k in 2011 to training for my first marathon in 2013. I went from a size 10 to a 4 and my body is in the best shape it's ever been. I probably wouldn't have done it without CARA's help."
-Lesley M.
