SUMMER MARATHON TRAINING 

Dates: Jun. 5-Oct. 8  | Locations: Chicago-Montrose, Chicago-Lakeshore East, Darien, Libertyville, Niles, Oak Forest, Schaumburg, Wheaton

CARA's 18-week group training program has long been Chicago's premier group training program preparing runners for the Bank of America Chicago Marathon and other fall marathons. Program participants receive training plans, group led runs, hydration stations, the Ready to Run 20 Miler, Marathon VIP and much more.

SUMMER HALF MARATHON TRAINING 

Dates: April 24-July 16 | Locations: Chicago-Lakeshore East

CARA's Summer Half Marathon Training Program has returned for 2017, featuring advanced PR program and our traditional novice program. Both plans offer group led runs and hydration stations along the route, plus the addition of Wednesday morning speed training that is included with the price of the program.

BEGINNING RUNNING 

Dates: April 18-May 25 | Locations: Chicago-Wilson Track, Chicago-Lakeshore East

CARA's Beginning Running program is designed for new runners, or those returning to running from a layoff. Complete our 8-week program designed to help you run a 5K with the suport of an expert CARA Running/wellness coach and group training. 

BOSTON PERFORMANCE TRAINING 

Dates: Jan. 2 - Apr. 17 | Locations: Chicago-Waveland, Palos, Schaumburg, Morton Arboretum, Barrington (meeting location varries through program)

For Boston Marathon qualifiers and Spring Marathoners. This 15 week program offers a training plan customized to the Boston Marathon combined with the camaraderie of group workouts led by world-class coaches. Includes special ammenities in Boston at the marathon.

PERFORMANCE TRAINING (5K TO 10 MILE TRAINING)

Dates: Jan. 2 - Apr. 17  | Locations: Chicago-Wilson Track, Chicago-Wilson Track, Chicago-Lakeshore East

This program provides group speedwork and long runs for runners looking for training partners for speed workouts and long runs. The program is led by a experienced coach who will challenge you and hold you accountable. This groups focus is on 5K to 10 Mile racing.

WINTER TRAINING PROGRAM 

Dates: Nov. 12 - April 22 | Locations: Chicago-Waveland, Palos, Schaumburg

Winter Pass is the best winter and spring training value in Chicago. This group training program includes access to CARA's Winter Half-Marathon, Winter Marathon and Spring Half Marathon training programs in one single program.

WINTER HALF MARATHON TRAINING 

Dates: Nov. 12 - Jan. 28 | Locations: Chicago-Waveland, Palos, Schaumburg

As part of CARA's Winter Pass, if your goal is to complete F3 Half Marathon, or any other winter half marathon, CARA's popular 12-week group program provides group led runs, hydration stations, and much more.

WINTER MARATHON TRAINING 

Dates: Nov. 12 - April 22 | Locations: Chicago-Waveland, Palos, Schaumburg

As part of CARA's Winter Pass, if your goal is to complete Illinois Marathon, or any other winter / spring marathon, CARA's popular 24-week group program provides group led runs, hydration stations, and much more.

SPRING HALF MARATHON TRAINING 

Dates: Jan. 30 - April 22 | Locations: Chicago-Waveland, Palos, Schaumburg
