Training Program Works

"The Hyde Park marathon training group was an extraordinary introduction to the runners’ world for me. Folks were incredibly kind and supportive. Just a good bunch of people. And the training program works. I managed to finish my first marathon in Indianapolis. You do get through the first ten on race day excitement, the next ten on good training and the last six on being too dumb to quit. You guys get credit for the second ten."
-Kevin McMurtrey
