General Training Program Plan

CARA is well-known for its Full and Half Marathon training. We have different options of a 12 and 18 week plan depending on where you are in your training, as well as your fitness level. This is for runners who need to start with a plan. It may be your first time training, you just need somewhere to start, and a schedule helps you stay on target.
