Long Runs

Training for an Early Summer Half Marathon begins with long runs on Saturday, April 29. Training is available at the following locations:

Chicago - Lakeshore East
333 East Benton Place
Saturdays 7AM*

*Start time will move to 6AM after June 1st. 

Mid-Week Runs and Speed Training

Chicago Group speed training on Wednesdays:

  • Wilson Track (Wednesday 6:00PM): March 22 - October 25 
  • Lakeshore East (Wednesday 6:00AM): May 10 - September 27
