About

This is an 8-week 5K training program for beginner runners, coached by CARA Coach Sonia Rao. No prior running experience is necessary, and the goal of this program is for participants to complete a 5K at the end of the 8 weeks. This program offers both in-person and virtual options.

Program Start: August 4

Program End: September 27 at 'Go Run™ Horner Park
