Summer is flying by here at CARA! Our Summer Marathon Training runners are now entering their 8th week of training, while Summer Half Marathoners are a third of the way through their training program in week 4. 'Go Run traveled to Washington Park this month, while Elmhurst Running Club 4 On The 3rd and Chi-Town Miles helped round out another exciting month of CARA Runners' Choice Circuit Races.
