Tim Bradley, New Director Of Training

CARA is excited to announce its new Director of Training. After a national search that saw applicants from coast to coast, CARA selected Tim Bradley for the role.


Tim is a Chicago/Andersonville native, and is joining CARA from St. Louis. He has broad range of experiences coaching and managing adult, club, college, and youth runners, as well as group training programs. Growing up in Chicago until the early 90's, Tim's parents were non-profit leaders here before moving the family to St. Louis.


Tim is leaving behind a successful coaching business that provided adult to youth coaching services. He has also been coaching cross country and track successfully at NCAA Division-I St. Louis University. Prior to starting his coaching business, Tim previously led group training for Big River Running Company, the premier running store chain in St. Louis. And prior to that was a Endurance and Speed Development coach for Nutriformance of St. Louis.


Tim has a Masters in Exercise Science, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. His expertise and writing has been published in Competitor and Runner's World magazines.
